"One must still have chaos in one to give birth to a dancing star" - Friedrich Neitzsche

- A person can not acheive greatest without sacrifies, and taking risks. The saying "Go big or go Home" makes

more sense do not live a dull life but take a chance.

License argument

I feel that the copyright laws are some what a plus to society and some what of a minus. It is a plus to the person who has put there heart and soul into their work, but the minus comes to the person who can make that work better. The idea that Walt Disney had for the Brothers Grim work was genuis, he shape shifted the evil and the scary that put the night mares into childrens heads and opened a door to something that could make them feel happy and calm.

Sustainability/Link Pile

War, I decided on war for one simple reason…..there would be an adequate amount of links that would catch a person’s interest. After visiting the war section of Wikipedia I came across the World War 1 link and followed that down the rabbit hole. I decided on the First World War because of the fact this was the world’s first major conflict between some of the super powers during the early 20th century. Also this was the first war to use technology that would become precursors to the technology and weaponry that we use today, examples being tanks, body armor, etc. After searching the World War 1 section I then picked to go onto The League of Nations, the reasoning behind this decision was because not only did this become the cluster fuck decision making body the United Nations, but it also was the first real force to bring delegates and representative together from so many different nations…..yes even France. I found that this league was a part of many things even drug enforcement, it over saw the controlling of Opium. I decided on the Opium site because I found that it can be used for many different things from recreational to medical….yeah right medical. I found that opium can be dried and pressed into a powder, and this powder is used by many American’s called Heroin. As I ran through the section of opium I came across the link to Opium den. I remember from a movie with Johnny Depp, where he played a detective in Scotland Yard at the turn of the century during the Jack the Ripper scare. In the movie Depp’s character would periodical visit a Chinese ran Opium den and smoke out. I found that a majority of the opium dens in the United States of American all started to pop up with the immigration boom. After I ran down the list of Opium in media I came across the graphic novel The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, I wanted to look deeper in this because if you would look at my “Who Am I” song you saw that I was just a kid at heart, and a graphic novel is just a longer version of a comic book. I found that the majority of the characters were used from many of the stories told or written in the late 1800’s or early 1900’s. Stories such as Allan Quatermain the fictional character of King Solomon’s Mine, with Quatermain was Mina Murray the fiction character of Bram Stoker’s novel Dracula. From Mina’s page I decide to dive into the Francis Ford Coppola’s film Bram Stoker's Dracula. I remember watching this film and deciding that, this was by far the most badass Dracula/Vampire films I had ever seen; of course this was before I saw Blade. As I come to a close on this assignment I have decided that this is some kind of 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon shit.

so sam... teachers have always told me they hate the way i write because i write how i think.. so do you i felt like i was reading your diary in a way. im glad i chose your page, not only am i a huge league of extraordinary gentleman fan but i secretly think it would be awesome to be a vampire... you chose really good links, and i connected with them. i like how you werent afraid to share your interest in opium (not that your "interested" in drugs) but thats a little bravery. honestly, im surprised at how much effort you put into your wiki, after all that "IM BORED!" stuff, it says alot about your character. i think you really love wiki, or will grow to love the wiki.
