Over the years, many different techniques were taught from elementary school to middle, high school so why not expect another technique shoved at us in college as well. But the most powerful technique that I found was the topic, this class did not have a teacher at the board telling us what technique to use the bottom line was to write about something we are passionate about, something that we know and love and thats the key element I have found in writing. Indirectly we have someone or a group of people that we are addressing our topic to because if I know that if i am passionate about a topic i want it to make a change not only for myself but for many others as well. The wiki has helped us express our ideas with classmates and that has helped me understand more about the people in my class probably more than i would of in any other class environment. The language and voice comes form the passion as well, and thats something that I should have really grown to understand especially this year. The best form of learning for me was definitely the peer editing. Over all for the last couple months have taught me more than I have learned with all of my classroom teachings combine.
